Kimberly Brown
My personal health journey started 10 years ago when my son was diagnosed with life-threatening food allergies. Immediately, I had to start reading food labels in order to ensure that what we were giving him was safe. This process opened up a whole new world to me. I started to question ingredients that I couldn't pronounce and that I didn’t think should be in the food we were consuming. I have spent years researching and learning about nutrition and changing the way our family eats. Sharing my knowledge and research about health, nutrition and wellness is a life passion. There is so much information available to us and my goal is to make it as simple and user-friendly as I can for my clients. From pantry clean outs, mapping out a basic exercise plan, walking one through the grocery store, cooking demonstrations and strategizing ways to relieve stress, I take…
