Welcome to our Weight Management Incentive Program!

Throughout this program, we aim to formally acknowledge the commitment you have demonstrated and the impressive strides you have taken to enhance your health. We will distribute tickets as you hit specific weight loss percentage milestones or by attending set appointments, participating in group activities, keeping food and exercise journals, reducing medications, and weighing in with your body composition scale on a consistent basis throughout the month.

We will continue to add categories to this list where possible to find new channels for you to earn tickets and reinforce healthy behaviors. Please refer to our point system and ticket redemption categories below. We are thrilled to be celebrating you and your continued achievements!
