Healthy Living Primary Care uses the Epic® MyChart, aka, MyHillChart to provide secure communications with our office, providing you with convenient online access to patient registration materials and with secure email communications. HIPAA regulations require us to use secure communications rather than standard email. Communicating with us through our website’s patient log-in will ensure the security and privacy of your personal and medical information.

Need a MyHillChart Activation Code?

You will be given an activation code at the time you schedule an appointment.  You will need this code to register on MyHillChart.com; you will pick your own username and password during registration.  If you did not receive an activation code when scheduling, please call (916) 983-8868 or email MyHillChart@HealthyLivingPC.com and we will provide one.
