Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • 1.) If desired, sweeten the Greek yogurt by mixing in honey or maple syrup to taste.
    2.) Wash and dry the berries. If using strawberries, hull and slice them.
    3.) In serving glasses or bowls, begin layering the parfait. Start with a spoonful of Greek yogurt at the bottom.
    4.) Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
    5.) Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
    6.) Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a final layer of berries and a sprinkle of granola on top.
    7.) Optionally, garnish each parfait with a fresh mint leaf.
    8.) Serve immediately and enjoy!
