Salmon-Stuffed Avocados

Ingredients
- ½ Cup Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- ½ Cup Diced celery
- 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ⅛ tbsp Salt
- ⅛ tbsp Ground pepper
- 2 (5 ounce) Cans salmon, drained, flaked, skin and bones removed
- 2 pcs Avocados
- Chopped chives for garnish

- 1. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, diced celery, chopped parsley, lime juice, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.2.
