Madeline’s passion for nutrition began as a personal journey when several of her family members were diagnosed with chronic health conditions. At the time, she was surprised to hear that nutrition was not considered an important part of their treatment plans. That experience sparked a deep curiosity in her and led to extensive research into how food impacts the body. She discovered the powerful connection between nutrition and healing, and became committed to understanding how food can be used as medicine. Since then, she’s dedicated herself to learning how intentional, nutrient-rich choices can support wellness, prevent disease, and empower individuals to take control of their health through what they eat.
With a holistic, integrative-centered mindset, she enjoys helping clients create sustainable, long-term habits by focusing on mindful eating and building a deeper awareness of how food affects their bodies. Teaching others how to properly read ingredients lists, nutrition labels and understand the role of food in overall health is central to her approach. She earned her degree in Nutritional Science from Grand Canyon University and furthered her education through the Nutritional Therapy Association, where she became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. She is passionate about meeting people where they are on their wellness journey, and is here to support you with personalized guidance and a heartfelt love for helping others nurture their bodies through nutrition.
