Christine Franco
Christine earned her Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Nutrition from the University of California, Davis. Her fascination with the field began in high school when a family member was diagnosed with pre-diabetes.  Driven by a desire to understand the condition, she began researching the topic and quickly fell in love with the science and beauty of how food impacts our bodies. This initial curiosity blossomed into a passion, leading her to a fulfilling career in dietetics. Christine embraces a holistic approach to nourishment, understanding that wellness encompasses mental, physical, emotional, and social well-being. Committed to her patients’ progress, she actively addresses challenges such as cost, time management, sustainability, taste, and food security that may hinder their journey toward their goals. Celebrating each achievement along the way, she passionately advocates for her patients' successes at every stage of their journey.

Her philosophy is eating to feed the body for fuel and cooking to feed the soul.   Once she graduated, she gained an extensive background in nutrition. She began her journey into the field, travelled with her philosophy to the East Coast and now back to her hometown. Her journey into the medical field began with a strong desire to understand how food affects the human body and its connection to disease prevention and treatment. Graciela has a deep passion for integrating nutrition and…
Madeline Dykstra

At the time, she was surprised to hear that nutrition was not considered an important part of their treatment plans. That experience sparked a deep curiosity in her and led to extensive research into how food impacts the body. She discovered the powerful connection between nutrition and healing, and became committed to understanding how food can be used as medicine. Since then, she's dedicated herself to learning how intentional, nutrient-rich choices can support wellness, prevent disease, and empower individuals to take control of their health through what they eat. With a holistic, integrative-centered mindset, she enjoys helping clients create sustainable, long-term habits by focusing on mindful eating and building a deeper awareness of how food affects their bodies. Teaching others how to properly read ingredients lists, nutrition labels…
