Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
  • Once the chia pudding has thickened, give it a good stir and divide it into four serving bowls or jars.
  • Top each serving with fresh mixed berries.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve chilled. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use any type of milk, such as coconut milk or dairy milk, depending on your preference.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle some shredded coconut or slivered almonds on top.
  • Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
