Her practice specializes in the treatment of adults (18+) experiencing Depression, Anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, stressful life events, and mental health concerns related to autism spectrum disorder.
In her many years of caring for patients, Carrie recognizes that each patient has a unique set of physical, biological, and spiritual needs that must be considered if we are to effectively treat the whole patient.
Her philosophy of holistic patient care involves meeting each patient where they are and engaging in deep listening with heart. Her aim is to always create a welcoming and non-judgmental space where patients can feel free to be their most authentic selves. She believes discovering what is most important to the patient while considering treatment goals is essential in part of a patient’s care. She provides supportive therapy as well as medication management.
In her free time, you can find Carrie spending time with her family and four rescue dogs, doing yoga, enjoying nature, reading, watching documentary films, or trying a new recipe in the kitchen.
